Our address is Donato Guerra 25 (between Morelos and Pedro Moreno streets), Zona Centro, Guadalajara, Jalisco 44100, Mexico. We handle your information under Mexico’s federal data protection law, the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP). This notice explains what we collect when you get in touch about an event, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, WhatsApp, or email, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, the date you have in mind, your estimated guest count, and whatever you tell us about the event you are planning. We never ask for financial, tax, or sensitive information when you first get in touch.
How we use your information
We use it to put together your quote, have our sales team follow up with you about your inquiry, arrange your tour of the venue, and stay in touch as you plan your event. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your express consent.
Who sees your information
We do not share your information with anyone outside Ex Convento de Santa Teresa, unless the law requires it. Only our sales and event coordination team sees what you send us.
If you write to us on WhatsApp
If you message us on WhatsApp at +52 33 1989 0373, we use that conversation only to answer your questions, send you a quote, and — if you choose to hold your event here — help you plan it.
